Projects (works in progress)
One of my favorite games I had ever played was the Homeworld series. I especially enjoy the concept art and has influenced alot of art in the past. So one of the projects I've been working on to test my skills is a fighter from this game. This was initially modeled in 3DS Max, but I'm going to re-attack the model in Modo and see what I can come up with. Here is what I have so far, basic model is down. I will be adding the details for the engines, gun ports, and leading gear (deployed) shortly. Then I will focus on the cockpit and pilot. The Pilot will be interesting as that will be my first figure I have ever done. I'm quite excited.

Homeworld Intercepter
Here are the images I'm referencing. Above is the source image from Relic on the design I'm going to get as close as possible to replicate. Below are some cockpit layouts that I liked from the Macross anime series. The Macross series is known for sound fighter and cockpit design referencing design cues from the Mig, and US fighter programs. I plan to hodgepodge these elements together and see how it all works just for fun.
